In general, there is no contractual waiving of tort liability permitted by law.

Binding arbitration is permitted I believe.

Law can vary by state - lawyers would know for sure.

That makes sense. For a better price-I guess I’d waive that stuff for anything, EXCEPT brain surgery or heart surgery. :)
