That sounds like the right way to do it. Add tort reform and this would be the lion’s share of getting us back to a free market health care industry.
And, deregulate healthcare. The cost of complying with layer upon layer of pointless regulations is killing the practice of medicine, without contributing to better care for patients. Not to mention the direct cost of paying millions of medical bureaucrats.
At least it sounds doable...however I want to see Obamacare completely repealed...and as another wrote..let the market work.
