ANOTHER FAKE NEWS PIECE, LIKE MEALS ON WHEELS, ONLY THE BLOCK GRANT PART WAS CUT OFF NOT THE MEALS FOR SENIORS.
We had 4 in school, didn’t have a lot of money, by today’s standards reduced meals would apply, we carried bologna sandwiches and a piece of fruit to school, bought a 5 cent half pint of milk, and ate at our desk with the teacher eating her home brought meal. Then went out side until the bell rang to come in, bad weather it was the gym. NO FAT kids back then. Didn’t see a cafeteria until HS, then the food was not affordable, we still did what we did in grade school only in the cafeteria, but no out side, closed campus less time too.
WHY IS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DOING THINGS NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION...?
Aside from that why does tthe federal government TAX and handle the money when states with local knowledge and more efficiency address the local problem...
Time to shrink the oversized unconstitutional aspects of the federal government...
