Open-borders radicals, jihadists win another round in federal court
After a lawless Obama-appointed judge in Hawaii issued a temporary restraining order Wednesday against Executive Order 13780, the second iteration of President Trump’s temporary travel ban, a second lawless Obama-appointed judge in Maryland did the same thing the next day.
U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang halted a provision in the March 6 executive order that would have largely blocked citizens of six majority Muslim nations – Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen – from entering the country for 90 days.

The admin needs to get people to Tahiti and make sure that Obama has not organized, very quietly, a conference of leaders from other countries to undermine Trump. They don’t have to be the heads, just heads of departments.
I would not take anything for granted Obama and his handlers.
Investigators with the Grant County (WA) Sheriff’s Office working in connection with deputy U.S. Marshalls and the Interagency Narcotics Enforcement (INET) task force arrested five illegal aliens who allegedly murdered Jill Sundberg. The woman had been in an argument with one of the alleged shooters shortly before she was killed, KNDO NBC23 reported.
The suspects and the material witnesses drove her to a rest area alongside a highway, according to the police report. Varona was seen kicking the back of one of her legs, forcing her to the ground. Rodriguez then allegedly shot her at least 13 times in the head.
After shooting the woman, Mendez Villenueva reportedly wrote a note in Spanish on a piece of carboard and placed it on her back. He secured the message in place by stabbing it into her back with a knife, the report obtained by FiberOne revealed.
The group then fled the scene, traveling to a convenience store where they purchased some beer.
Sheriff’s officials reported the following arrests:
• Gustavo Tapia Rodriguez, and alleged shooter, age 39, charged with murder in the first degree and kidnapping in the first degree;
• Ambrosio Mendez Villanueva, age 25, charged with murder in the first degree and kidnapping in the first degree;
• Julio Mendez Villanueva, age 25, charged with murder in the first degree and kidnapping in the first degree;
• Fernando Marcos Gutierrez, age 33, been charged with being a material witness along with immigration charges;
• Salvador Espinoz a Gomez, age 24, charged with being a material witness, and possession of a firearm, drug charges, as well as immigration charges.
The Grant County Sheriff confirmed that all five were in the U.S. illegally, KHQ’s Patrick Erickson Tweeted.
Our _representatives_ need to smash all elements of USGov which are at WAR with USConstitution. Republican owned congress needs to quickly remove them. They should go to jail. Judicial decisions which are in direct conflict with our law, are enemies of USA; it is not just their opinion. They are USA enemies; enemies; at war with lawful USA government.

There needs to be judicial reprimand for these judges- they know full well they are legislating from the bench, and asserting power that they don’t have-

Is it that bad? I thought judicial sabotage of the executive branch had to at least pretend to be based on the constitutionality of the POTUS’s proposed action.
DJT should ignore the order. Congress are mostly cowards and won’t try impeachment if we make it clear that anyone who dares try won’t get much sleep. We got DJTs back.
Funny but as I recall history the first structure erected at Cape Henry Virginia was a large wooden Cross,1607; Same story at Maryland the Governor and his assistants helped erect a large wooden cross; Our Federal Government authorized the Argonne Cross Memorial,and the Canadian Cross of Sacrifice at Arlington—then came Sandra Day OConnor and her endorsement test-suddenly Harvard Edicated Judges appointed by Progressives started using Court Orders to tear down Crosses.No doubt the Obomabot in Maryland will rder the Bladensberg Peace Cross removed but I find it telling that the Judge in Hawaii ignored the fact that the plaintiff there seems tied to the terrorist-anti-American Muslim Brotherhood. We ought IMPEACH every Judge appointed by Obama then give them each a new suit of HOT tar and white chicken feathers as a good-by gift.
