I was a girl guide back in my youth. We never traveled anywhere. Why would they be travelling anywhere’s anyway?
Probably the high up mucky mucks getting free trips.
The stupid really burns though.
I was a Brownie and and Girl Guide as well. The only travelling we did was trotting through the neighborhood peddling cookies....with no commission.
We went to Joshua Tree a few times and the Colorado River, but I was a boy scout in Southern California. Never got to Philmont. Worked the Los Angeles County Fair as a messenger.
