ING chicken, 1/2 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons chopped tarragon 2 teaspoons chopped shallots 6 tablespoons lemon juice
STEEP CHICKEN Mix olive oil, tarragon, shallots and lemon juice. Place in a bowl, add the chicken and spoon over to coat. Refrigerate 4-5 hours.
CREAMY CIDER DRESSING whisk teaspoon ea finely chopped rosemary, savory (or dried oregano),1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup apple juice,1/4 cup apple cider vinegar,1 1/2 tablespoons honey.
ASSEMBLY Layer on a large platter 8 cups julienned greens of your choice, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, candied pecans, cup chopped tart apple, avocado wedges, 1/2 cup crisp/chopped smoked bacon, cup crumbled blue cheese. Add Dressing.
