Evidence Emerges of FBI Wiretaps After Claims of Obama Tapping Trump Tower
Trump Conservative ^ | 3/4/2017 | Rufus Shinra

Only days after the Democrats, along with their media allies at the Washington Post, tried to resurrect the specter of the Russian spy threat when they accused Attorney General Jeff Sessions of collusion and deceit, it is now the Democrats who find themselves on the receiving end of explosive accusations.

The Democrat opposition to Trump may have taken their attacks a step too far when they attempted to force the resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions last week, citing the fact he met with the Russian ambassador twice last year and claiming he failed to answer a question honestly when probed during his confirmation hearing. Their claim relied heavily on slanted interpretations of the question that was asked of Sessions, and quickly opened Pandora's Box as several prominent Democrat senators were caught lying about their own interactions with the Russian ambassador.

Early this morning starting at around 6:30am, President Trump sent out a flurry of Tweets making the explosive claim that former president Barack Obama had ordered wire taps of his phones at Trump Tower prior to the election. Trump lays into Obama calling him a "Bad (or sick) guy!"

No doubt these are serious claims that, if followed up on, could effectively dismantle Obama's organizing efforts against Trump. Last week it was revealed that Valeria Jarrett is moving in with Obama in order to coordinate an assault on Trump and his administration for the purpose of impeaching him or forcing his resignation, which in reality is pure sedition.

In fact, Obama isn't even trying to hide his efforts to organize an all out assault against Trump in the coming months. Former (and disgraced) attorney General Eric Holder told reporters last week that, “It’s coming. He’s coming. And he’s ready to roll”, in reference to Obama breaking into the public scene again to attack Trump.

Although evidence hasn't been released to back up Trump's claims, it's been suggested that he is basing some of his information on a report by conservative talkshow host Mark Levin, who on Friday suggested that Trump investigate Obama for his "silent coup" against his administration. One would imagine that, considering how early in the morning Trump's tweets were sent, there is substantial evidence leading him to make a claim of Obama spying on him.

In fact, Trump may have been privy to this information for some time, but held it back for such a time when it would be most effective to use as ammo to force Democrats to go on the defensive. That moment may have come after last week, when Democrats attempted to once again take out a high ranking member of the Trump administration, Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Former President Obama’s spokesman Kevin Lewis was quick to come to Obama's defense, denying that he officially interfered in the election, but also led people to believe that the tapping of Trump's phones may have in fact taken place.

On Saturday, former President Obama’s spokesman Kevin Lewis denied that the former White House or the former President himself would have given such an order to wiretap Trump Tower—or any other type of surveillance in any case—but that such an order would have come from an “independent investigation led by the Department of Justice.”

“A cardinal rule of the Obama Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice,” Lewis said. “As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false.”

Such an order to tap Trump's communications may have be given, but Lewis claims that Obama had nothing to do with him. If the Department of Justice under Obama did spy on Trump, you can bet it was with Obama's blessing and knowledge.

Further giving credit to Trump's claims come from an article by The Guardian, which reported during the "Russian dossier" accusations that the FBI did indeed apply for a FISA warrant to perform surveillance against Trump and his campaign team after "suspected" contact with Russian officials.

The Guardian has learned that the FBI applied for a warrant from the foreign intelligence surveillance (Fisa) court over the summer in order to monitor four members of the Trump team suspected of irregular contacts with Russian officials. The Fisa court turned down the application asking FBI counter-intelligence investigators to narrow its focus. According to one report, the FBI was finally granted a warrant in October, but that has not been confirmed, and it is not clear whether any warrant led to a full investigation.
So according to a report the FBI was eventually granted the warrant in October, around the exact time Trump alleges the Obama wire taps took place.

Yet more evidence emerges that the wiretaps of Trump's phones took place come from a tweet by former Obama advisor David Axelrod, who said such a wiretap would receive court approval “for a reason.”

It appears as if close Obama allies are aware that wiretaps on Trump took place, but are saying it was within legal boundaries. Of course, it's easy to use the law the attack your political opponents when you are president, as Obama was during this time, but it doesn't make it ethical or right. If wiretaps were done, then obviously nothing of significance was found against Trump, since you can bet the Democrats would have released it prior to the election.

With some careful digging on Trump's part, documents and evidence could indeed emerge that wire taps were granted on his communications at Trump Tower. It's not far fetched to believe Obama used what power he could to undermine Trump during the election, as literally all aspects of the establishment (media, press, Hollywood, tech moguls, politicians, etc...) led an all out assault in order to stop him, which clearly ended up being ineffective. Also, it wouldn't be the first time Obama used government agencies to attack his opponents, as the IRS was previously busted for targeting conservative groups with "extra scrutiny" during their applications for non-profit status.

Fox News reported on Trump's tweets this morning and claimed it's "causing everyone to think a lot more about what's going on", a reference to the alleged "shadow government" working to undermine President Trump's every move.

Regardless of outcome of Trump's wire tap claims, it is clear the gloves have come off and he is no longer willing to sit by and watch as Obama's allies or operatives in the government dismantle the president's administration.

Some supporters of Trump have long hoped for him to go on the offensive and take action against those who are openly colluded to overthrow him, but to the president's credit, he is at the same time trying to run a country along with undoing the damage done over the past decade.

They banked on using whatever information they got as ammo to help force his loss. Then as the loser, he'd have no one to turn to to prove his allegations and help punish the crime.

Didn't quite work out that way.

I think DJT would just assume he was tapped and bugged early on and every action, every conversation in a tapped area was 180o to the truth to throw them off and see where the data surfaced. If Comey informed those intel cmte senators in that closed meeting - from which they emerged ashen - that all the data they were operating on was illegally obtained as the FISA warrant hadn’t gone throug in June....

Then yesterday Gowdy warns the press and others how ‘very, very dangerous’ it was to use illegally obtained conversations.

I believe Trump is going on the offensive now, and he's no longer sitting by while Obama organizes to a silent coup to oust him.

Exactly right. And timing is everything, which apparently some people around here don't get.

All the President has to do is continue using the bully pulpit (of which Twitter is a potent component), and the People will become so furious at the Democrats that they will be relegated to minority status for decades to come.

The President damn well knows what he's doing, and for those on the outside to be engaging in hysterical second-guessing is simply an indication of what a different level the Trump administration is on, as far as really seeing what's going on, and planning for both the short, middle, and long term.

So many of the nervous nellies around here are just living in the hysterical moment, acting as if the White House doesn't have a long-term plan.

Don't forget, the White House has access to a lot more information than we do about what's really going on, and I don't think that the hypercritical analysis that's occurring around here is either sufficiently informed or well thought out enough to give much credence to.

President Trump's supporters need to have his back, and not worry about factors we are ignorant of, and let him do his job as President, and trust him to make the right political moves in a thoughtful, not kneejerk manner.

Sometimes crushing an enemy, or even letting it destroy itself, requires patience, calm, thoughtfulness, and caution. A lot of those things seem to be in very short supply around here.

Sometimes it means that you have to absorb lots of slings and arrows before your ultimate victory.

President Trump, for two years now, has proven that he knows what he's doing; he has proven that he has excellent political instincts; and he has proven that he deserves our trust.

If the President's supporters simply have his back, and fiercely so, then that will be us doing our jobs, and he will do his job as well. Keep the faith.

Politics is a contest of morale. It's a war of propaganda. Everyone here should remember that.

So enough with the hand-wringing and concern trolling (not you, Rufus)...

The possibility that Trump and his key people have not reviewed the applicable FISA Court, FBI and Justice Department documents is ZERO.

They know what, when, where and who. The connection to Obama would have been via a short whispered message placed quietly into the waiting and anxious ear of Loretta Lynch. Pretty tough to trace that without some Star Trek hardware.

But we know it was Obama/Hillary/Bill behind this. The Tweets Tell Us So!!!

This is such fun.

Could this be more than 0Bummer trying to save his legacy but more of trying to keep his records sealed to continue the dece-tion on the American people? 0bummer might have panicked when internal polling showed a Trump strong possibility of a win. Remember 0bummer said he did all he could.

One other thing I have been trying to research and that is how did 0bummer classify the alleged hacking? If it were classified as a terrorist action, there is arguable precedent that a president can order a wire tap throught the War Powers Act.
