Your interpretation of what Liberals (and Conservatives) want is, IMHO, off the mark. What I SAW in the picture was the type of Westerner that Islam wants to rape, torture, rape some more and then behead sitting next to a woman who has accepted full obedience to Muslim men and radical Islam.
Neither Conservatives nor Liberals want anything to do with the reality of that.
So you believe that Western Islamist wants to rape, torture, and then behead everyone different from them? Also you see a cross dresser as completely submissive to any strong personality? Who did you get that?
