My parents achieved it 5 yrs as did my grandmother and none of them spoke any English when they arrive, of course the immigrated legally, I guess it takes 18 plus years when you are a scofflaw illegal alien, I wonder, was he just about to turn his life around too? So for over a decade and a half he robbed an American or Legal Resident of a job.
Both my mother and my wife are LEGAL IMMIGRANTS. Illegals are criminals, regardless of whether there are children involved. Many of them have stolen identities, stolen SSNs which is another criminal act. Meanwhile, relatives of legal immigrants have to wait up to 12 years to get in. Send these lawbreakers back to their country of origin and have them wait in line like everyone else...
