There’s a difference, of course. If it’s cold you can always put on a bigger coat. When it’s hot, it doesn’t work so well.

Those folks that were in North Dakota haven’t seen the Borderlands yet. Miles and miles of nothing but more miles and miles. And scorpions. And rattlesnakes. All the plants have thorns. Blast furnace type heat. Ants everywhere. You can rig up a heater when it is cold. Nothing you can do with heat but suffer or get out.

I have lived in the Deep South, the Deep South West and the frozen lands of Montana for a dozen years. Trust me, it's a whole lot easier to stay warm than it is to cool off. You can add layers to stave off the cold, you can only strip so much off to try and cool down!
