No, literally...2 of the 3 Black people who actually live in Vermont are complaining.

The 3rd Black person is a pretty girl who finds herself in a social embarrassment of riches (i.e. she's very popular with the Bernie crowd guys).

Will all 7 Black Vermonters support it...(Really, Vermont is the whitest state in the Union). Burlington is where most blacks are, but mostly because of UVM (University of Vermont).
