This could be the beginning of the end for embattled Sen. John McCain’s life in politics. According to White House sources, McCain is believed to have somehow gained access to the content of President Donald Trump’s private, classified telephone calls with world leaders. And he isn’t keeping quiet about what was talked about either.

It’s always struck me that someone has something on McCain and has controlled 40% of his words and actions for a long long time. Just enough to let him do some Republican stuff to appear legit. Think the guy is owned. When he behaves like a liberal, he doesn’t seem to really have his heart in it ... which is not to defend him in any way ... he didn’t have to let himself be comprised, especially since it’s lead to grave consequences for the US. Can’t say how long this goes back, may go all the way back to the beginning of his political career.
Oh please Dr Kelli Ward, she should have been the Senator, he bashed the living tar out of this fine women with all his money. If it happens it would be one of the ultimate Schadenfreudes...
I’m wondering if McCain’s trip to Europe was long planned or it just came up recently. I looked on his Senate page for a calendar/schedule but didn’t see one. There is a press release/statement of him meeting with the President of Turkey, Erdogan.
Someone said above that he is now in Saudi Arabia. He is a senator, so a foreign trip could be normal or it could be quite “convenient” for him at the moment if he is expects legal or public difficulty back home.
Well, to be fair, we don’t know it’s not true.
We do know that Hillary got questions from CNN, so, how much farther down the ethics slope is an earpiece?

That would work for me too. As long as it was not coming from any of the networks, and strictly as a press conference/release.
(It usually is whenever anything happens).
The leaker would have to be somebody on the inside -- inside the White House.
The info might have been passed around to various people in Congress, but they wouldn't be the actual leak.
Then again, McCain did receive the fake Trump “dossier” and pass it on to the FBI. So maybe a lot of stuff passes through his hands.

Was Graham privy to the meeting with Comey? Graham has not been active since his “2017 is going to be about kicking Russia’s ass” remarks. Did you notice the thread on Graham’s activities in SC shortly after DJT’s exec order? He was moving heaven and earth to get an Iranian national back to her job near Clemson University—a hot number in short shorts. The upstate press was trying to make everyone’s heart break over her plight...made me wonder about her connections.
In his twitter feed, McCain is both supporting DJT’s SC nom and a new initiative to split up the 8th circuit.
He is in Saudi Arabia and I can find no info on when he is returning. I also don’t know where Graham is right now.
We so long for this downfall that jumping the gun is not surprising. But I’ve been sensing something bad coming for the Queens of the Senate for months. You can learn a lot by rolling their twitters and reading between the lines.
Didn’t see this posted, but it could be related to the Friday meeting.
Perhaps someone can post it if it hasn’t been done.
