The pictures don't come from the FR server. They mooch off others' bandwidth, LOL!
E.g., the specific one you are complaining about comes from https://i.ytimg.com/vi/1IyYwG42Wo0/hqdefault.jpg
So....the FR servers are only responsible for sending the retrieval command to the picture location and also send the address of where to send it, which is to the readers’ computers.
