One of Mr GG2’s friends said his wife didn’t like him. Mr. GG2 said “ my wife loves me man. great dinner every night right on time.”. :-)

Yes, I did. I know you were only kidding about the torture part, but our communication problems can be frustrating. Women are puzzling to men and vice versa.
i’m lucky, i’m left handed, got more connections between the hemispheres than right handed guys. i can understand women a little better due to this structure.

I once went for two weeks without saying a word to my ex. There wasn’t anything wrong. Growing up, I was taught that interrupting someone was rude. :=)
I can’t believe after only scoring 16 points in the first half it went to 4 OTs.

Oh... I could and can do bills. But, she wasn’t working outside the home at the time and we figured to try to ease my load. Ended up driving a wedge between us. ... amongst other reasons too.
Don’t go back then. Life is short. If it starts getting real short go back. Then it will feel longer. Bad joke.
If no minor children are involved and you have done your best then start over. Sometimes it just doesn’t work and it’s not your job to fix someone else or to make them happy.
Back when I was dating and looking for a spouse there were three women that I had seriously considered. In the end I didn’t pick the prettiest one, nor did I pick the one with the doctoral degree. Instead I picked the one I most enjoyed sharing long conversations with.
20 years later my wife and I are still having those wonderful conversations, and our marriage is as strong as ever.
Minor children are involved.
I am truely sorry then for the joke and the situation. I feel stupid for joking. I was in a similar spot with much clearer issues. Infidelity. I chose to leave and it was still very hard. Whatever happens find the joys in your life. Find the joy in your kids. Have faith! You can’t fix other people’s issues and it’s not your fault if they can’t be fixed. You can accept their failings, with or without them in you daily life. Gods speed!
