Somehow over the last 8 years libs got the idea that they would never lose the WH again. I heard and read them saying it. “GOP is finished “ etc....Even though we had most of the legislatures etc...Nonetheless.... they got that idea in their heads. Why do they insist on calling the Mexico City policy the “Global Gag Rule”? It has to do with public funding of abortion, not restriction of speech, which is what gagging is. I get that they don’t like it, but their term of abuse just makes no sense.
