That is a horrible piece of logic. That no victims have yet been discovered is not proof of anything.
There may very well be victims that are currently hidden to us. In the fullness of time we might discover victims, but it is also possible that any criminal activity may have successfully disposed of them.
No, we do not currently have any persuasive proof, but there sure is a lot of smoke around these people and their hangouts. It is certainly reasonable to keep an eye out for any further developments.

It’s certainly proof that there is no proof of a crime.
You see, that is how real investigations are supposed to work. Before you accuse people of crimes, you first have to establish an actual crime was committed. Instead, “pizzagate” theorists have decided to put the cart before the horse and accuse people before they even have evidence that any crimes were committed.
