I am SO skeptical of this...I think that all they are doing is compiling the list of crimes that Obama will need to issue her a sweeping pardon for all acts.
Even though not charged with a crime, Obama can still pardon her ....
BUT! he has to list the crimes for which she will be pardoned.
Hillary and Bill aren’t going down without Obama and he knows it. Haha, this is going to be great!

I am thinking that Obama has pardon powers over only his own investigation results from his era, conducted by his people, during his terms in office. Comey is on record as dropping the case against Hillary, on the emails.
Heretofore, Trump can come in with new investigations, just the same as law enforcement can go after a pardoned criminal in a new investigation.
Congress needs to overhaul the idea of a PARDON, all together.
Pardon power should be done away with entirely or used only with parameters that do not include turning criminals and felons loose on the population, or for pardoning the super rich like Mark Rich under Clinton (who started the abuse of Pardon powers) or for Hillary Clinton, both *untouchable* elitists who never follow the rules, or the law, because of their positions and powers and wealthy friends around the globe.
That’s what I thought after reading it. They’re getting a list going. I hope they go down for their crimes and this is true.
