Yep. That was a pivotal moment when it was known that Trump wasn’t just speaking from some political pedestal but from a patriotic heart.

If every political issue and conflict is reduced to a conflict of races, genders and ethnic origins this inevitably leads to the demonization of the opposition as racist, sexist … deplorable.
Not just deplorable but intentionally so. In their eyes, we chose to be racist, sexist, etc. after they pointed out the errors in our thinking.
