US President-elect Donald Trump has reprised his election campaign attacks on Hillary Clinton, declaring her "guilty as hell" on social media and deriding her supporters' criticism of how the FBI handled an investigation into her emails.
The US Justice Department announced yesterday it would investigate an FBI decision to launch an inquiry into Mrs Clinton's emails shortly before the November 8 election, a move she has blamed as a factor in her defeat.
Mr Trump took to Twitter overnight to assert Mrs Clinton should have “never been allowed to run” for President of the United States....

I just hope that doesn’t provoke obama to pardon her.
Although, if she’s not been charged, then maybe he can’t.
And yes, I know that it was done with Nixon and Watergate, but nobody actually pushed the issue of how you can pardon someone who hasn’t been charged with something.
By pardoning her, obama admits her guilt, something he might not want to do, SS protection or not, and it might not stick.
By not pardoning her, he leaves her open to charges.
It’s kind of a lose/lose for him.
That might end Obama's legacy too.

Ask the same thing about Obama. Watch his lifestyle and question how they can afford it. Who’s paying their rent and who’s financing their vacations and paying for Sidwell Friends and Harvard? That’s alot of cash going out the door on a monthly basis.

It couldn’t happen like I want without Trump’s GREAT tweets forcing Obama to protect himself by pardoning Hillary... tantamount to a conviction by other means.
She will still be investigated along with her friends for their illegal activities and some of her supporters who are not on “the list” will go to jail as a result. Many will spill their guts on fellow traitors.
It will be delicious... locking up Chelsea and her husband... sending their child to children’s services... after all, it takes a village.

Do Presidential pardons also cover convictions at state level, or just federal?
And, can someone who’s not even indicted yet be pardoned by a POTUS?
yes, but in the case of treason against an ally... say Israel or South Korea... those nations can charge and extradite, no matter what Obama says or does. and Yes... Having Qaddafi murdered, could be charged as a war crime. Supporting ISIS could be considered a war crime against the people they have murdered.. and that is in multiple nations.
So if bam bam pardons her with a blanket.. consider Netanjahu or his successor charging her with a crime against Israel as an ally and our extradition of her to Israel for a trial and conviction. If Obama issues a pardon clintongs will have to go to a third world, non extradition hell hole.

Imo, if a POTUS ‘pardons’ someone currently under investigation so that said person can’t be indicted or tried, the ex-POTUS should be arrested as a co-conspirator and/or accessory and the pardon voided.
I am in no way, no how, in favor of this aristocrat style crony exemption from justice, not for anyone in either or any party.
