I thought she might be very ill like many did, but I think she is not seriously ill. She stood for hours in those debates and at her convention with no problems.
SHE IS SIMLPLY A DRUNK! There is even a Podesta email about sobering her up in the middle of the day. I firmly believe those incidents were caused by massive hangovers and some minor medical issues from cracking her head when she passed out from being drunk a few years ago.
