Just searching his name shows dozens of articles: There are two main speculations:

He has fled the US for Russia.
He is under FBI protection in exchange for information on the Clinton Foundation.
or
He is not missing.

I watch this guy’s video everyday. Where the hell did he come from? Hes totally professional sounding. He seems to now exacly the terms that would be used. Theres little to no info on George Webb, except a hamburger chain in Wisconsin.
