the City is by and large Liberal - extremely so - The County seat leans Right...though that is shifting -

It remains a sh*thole with one of the highest poverty rates in the Country. Kodak / Xerox, Bausch & Lomb...all essentially dead - sky high property taxes / weather sucks / non existent home appreciation....I only stay because my MIL and Parents are here, the local wings are good & I have 80 acres in in the Finger Lakes hills.. The outlying Counties are all RED/Trump
