Rochester New York has the worst economy in practically all of upstate. it also has one of the highest crime rates. I’m sure Mayor Lovely is pleased as punch.
Actually, I’m sure the mayor is just fine with this. Upstate us depopulating. Taxpayers and jobs are leaving. If it weren’t for welfare cases, NYS would probably have lost another House seat after the last census.
