I was in SFO a few weeks ago and the odor of urine permeated the BART stations entrances and exits. There were numerous bums living, yes living, on the streets in the financial district among piles of garbage and filth. Consumer prices were extraordinarily high for all basics. I don’t see this when I travel through small towns and farmland areas in the rural South, Midwest, Mountain West, and much of the Northeast. Yes, you just live in “paradise”, lady.
