Make them REAL filibusters then- none of this walking in, asking if you’re continuing your filibuster, and walking out.
MAKE HIM STAND ON THE SENATE FLOOR UNTIL HE KEELS OVER if it means that much to him.
And repeal it as soon as he face-plants. Wake him up later and tell him it passed by one vote, if only he was there...
