Evidence? We don’t need no stinking evidence!
Russia did not hack the election.
John Podesta got hacked, or more accurately was victim of a “phishing expedition”, and his e-mail account was thoroughly ransacked. Information released from those now publicized e-mails led to an examination of the tactics and strategies used by the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, and the very obvious and glaring infractions of both campaign ethics and money laundering that went on, seriously tarnishing her chances for election. Would she have been elected if these tidbits of information had not gotten into the public forum? Quite possibly.
Somebody did NOT want Hillary to ascend to the Presidency, which would have caused incalculable damage to the already threatened foundations of whatever go to make up the concept known as “the United States of America”. The Russians would have been perfectly fine with that situation, as whatever is taken away from America is then available for exploitation by Russia, as they move into the dominant position on the world stage.
No, not the Russians. Somebody did get the information, and got it out there quickly. If it had just been the Russians, they would have held onto it, until they could present Hillary with the evidence, and say, “We want you to do this for us, thank you, or we go public.”
