LOL...if you're going to try to put someone down/educate me, the least you could have done, was to get the name of the movie right. :-)
In my perfect world, there’d be no Inauguration ceremonies.
From the White House, show Mr. Trump taking the Presidential oath, followed by a televised address to the country. Then back to the grindstone.
There’s too much important work to be done to waste time with needless pageantry. That kind of stuff is for royalty, not a public servant.
It would be fine with me, if Trump just had The United States Marine Band play some Sousa marches, after some marvelous singer does the National anthem ( an opera singer, who doesn’t go off into some weirdo Whitney Houstonish vocal bastardization ), and that’s enough.
Exactly.
:-)
I certainly meant no disrespect. I was trying to give context, but farbled the movie name. My age was only relevant to establish the timeline.
My fingers go a lot slower than my brain, sometimes.
I just haven't kept up with pop music and certainly not those who sing it ( though today, there is hardly any for real SINGING ) for an exceedingly long time. So I really and truly have almost NO idea just WHO many names of those people are/were.
This is sometimes a difficult medium, as opposed to face to face talking, and sometimes we all take things the wrong way. So I apologize too.
No apology needed. I was having a healthy laugh at myself.
That’s so kind of you; thanks! :-)
There’s a New York paper that’s pro-Trump?
I am with you. I would be entertained watching Trump sign his first executive orders and watching him withdraw every Obama EO and order his records released. Put a live cam on Trump and follow him all day as he goes from citizen to President. That’s entertainment!!
