EVERYBODY gets “1st Amendment protection” whatever that is.
Start denying to this group or that, and suddenly you have thought crime laws.
agree “no prior restraint” in other words they have freedom of the press and can say what they want, BUT they still are responsible for their actions...right now they have a little too much protection from libel laws...change those not the Constitution...
