So best I see this, the fraud is committed by passing the ballots through the counter two or three times in this Dem county. Who is overseeing this process? In most states there is one Repub and one Dem judge at all times for counting. Is the Repub not allowed? I believe the rest of the 49 states deserve an answer to this question.

How about if the Fed judge up there who thinks he is in charge of whether the entire state recounts or not, answers this question to the rest of America.

IIRC, in Philly, during the 2012 election, there were precincts where, indeed, Republican election watchers were banned from the counting areas.

Ds register as Rs for the very purpose of becoming board workers. It helps enable fraud.
