I’m glad it all worked out, but not the best idea to chase them yourself in your car.
I've chased folks before - but I was also on 911 and talking the cops into an intercept position....had no intent of actually trying to stop them and also had protection if they opted to try to turn the tables. Was fortunate that my vehicle outperformed theirs in both speed and handling - made it easy to keep them in sight w/o getting dangerous.
