I took the online training for the recount. If the seal on the ballot box/bag does not match up on the quantity of what is inside vs the record, then that whole precinct is not recountable and they go with the original totals. I suspect they will see a lot of that in Detroit.

Common sense dictates that that is the most prime candidate for recounting. Something is obviously wrong when they don’t match.
