Not quite absentees are being counted sperately in Milwaukee. They will be counted and added in separately. I have a feeling total votes won’t change much

I noticed that too. There is usually a very minor difference in other wards but there are much greater differences in Milwaukee. A good example is to take a quick look at the before and after differences in Wards 219 to 227.

A good site to check the Wisconsin recount progress:

Are they being counted separately only in Milwaukee. When you take a look at Dane County and Waukesha County, two very large voting counties, you don't see such huge differences in the recount numbers.

Again, this looks like voter fraud to me if such a large proportion of each ward in Milwaukee is being done through absentee ballots. No other country appears to be following the same pattern.

“Clinton to pass Trump some time this weekend.”

Do you really? Based on what? Before the recount started pretty much everyone said there is little to no chance the outcome would be different. It’s posts like yours that are making me lose sleep.

Take a look at wards 177 to 186, even larger differences.

Maybe they are counting the absentees last?

Recount is a Game.

Recount Purpose is to delay, hence cancel Electors.

Recount Count is a diversion.

— now, what part of recounts is still unclear?

Based on past history. But it’s OK, wildhighlander57 already slapped me back to reality a few posts back.

It is my understanding they didn’t count any of the absentee ballots because the difference between the two major candidates was too large to trigger the count.

Wrong. They must count all the ballots regardless. All absentee ballots are counted.

So this is interesting. What’s changed; not the ballots but the ballot counters. Maybe the ‘Pro’s on election night have a different ‘standard’ of what’s registered as compared to the hoards of senior / part-time counters brought in for this recount...

The absentee ballots were counted the first time. Why would they report partial counts in those wards in Milwaukee and not in the other counties? Take a look at the counts in Dane county and you don’t see any wide swings from the original count and the recount. Both are huge Dem counties.

Milwaukee is 40% black, 37% white, and 17% Hispanic (of any race).

It could be that the people doing the recounts don't come from the same wards or counties. Given the wide disparity in the numbers so far, it does give a reason for pause.

Wisconsin Insider on Recount: Expect MASSIVE DNC Voter Fraud to be Exposed

Meanwhile a Wisconsin insider on 4Chan said to expect the recount to expose massive DNC fraud. The Anonymous “insider” says the recount will reveal people out of state voting, non citizens voting, people voting numerous times, and nursing home violations. Be ready for Trump to improve his margin of victory.

Yep. How do you go from (T)324 - (C)1,330 to (T)223 - (C)829? How did Hillary lose 501 votes in that one ward? Obviously, they were doing something very fishy in a lot of those wards.

Yes, this is only in Milwaukee County. I’m not that concerned, I’m sure we have obversers who will watch this.

The WEC says, “Milwaukee counts its absentee ballots centrally (not at the polling place) on Election Night. When those absentee ballots have been counted the numbers will be updated.”

So they will have to recount the absentee ballots and then reallocate them to the wards? This seems to happen only in Milwaukee, not anywhere else in WI. Hard to believe such a major proportion of the votes are cast via absentee ballot. More opportunity for fraud.
