President Obama said Fox News "in every bar and restaurant," coupled with social media, contributed to Hillary Clinton's surprising defeat on Nov. 8 by preventing voters from learning what benefits the Democrats had delivered to them.
During an interview with Rolling Stone on Nov. 9 and published Tuesday, Obama dismissed the suggestion that his party had overlooked the "cohort of working-class white voters" that gave President-elect Trump his upset victory.
"Part of it is Fox News in every bar and restaurant in big chunks of the country," Obama said. "But part of it is also Democrats not working at a grassroots level, being in there, showing up, making arguments. That part of the critique of the Democratic Party is accurate."
Obama argued his administration had actually boosted the blue-collar communities that swung so hard for Trump after voting for Obama in 2008 and 2012, citing the survival of the auto industry in Michigan as an example....

Amazing. When I used to bar hop, I never saw Fox on the TV anywhere, whether a country bar, the corner bar or a sports bar. Of course my experience is probably different than Obama’s.
What really shocks me is that evidently Fox News is watched at gay bars, which gave Obama that impression.

So Obama had planned a ‘shout out’ for himself and Hillry on November 9th with the disreputable outfit, recently found liable in a defamation suit. I went to the disreputable site to read for myself the “I” am interview. All pot smokers should hang their heads in shame, because they have no clue just how much like Obama they sound.
I used to do a lot of business travel in Asia.
In every airport and hotel, it was BBC and CNN. SKY and Fox were nowhere to be seen. No wonder the rest of the world has such a low opinion of us.
He’s in a panic because his last ditch campaign effort involved saying “My policies are on that ballot.”
One of his rare times of telling the truth.
This punk ass communist is complaining that one news agency wasn’t with him when all the rest were?

Had Donald Trump tweeted something like "My vote total would have been a million or two more had bars and airports given their patrons a real news channel such as Fox", you can bet the Washington Post would have called him a liar.
Just as they did the other day after he estimated two million illegals voted for Hillary.
So here we have the sitting (but not for long, thank goodness) president spewing a blatant untruth, that "every bar and restaurant" was helping Trump's campaign via FNC.
To which the Washington Post's vaunted Pinnochio fact checker says . . (crickets).
And CNN, and all the networks had about a 20 year head start on Fox News.
I see CNN, and others, playing in airports, bus stations, train stations, waiting rooms, corporate lobbies, and stores that sell TV’s.
And, it’s getting worse with loss of trust in the MSM.
Te MSM has lost their most precious, the ability to persuade.
Apparently all dims are delusional. Do they not understand that their candidate lost because she is a lifelong criminal?
I was visiting at a hospital and spending a lot of time in he visitor waiting room. The boob-toob was usually tuned to a local news station but someone changed it to the commie news network. I had an orderly change it back but it didn’t last long.
So I went to wally-world and picked up a universal remote. I was able to set it to whatever I wanted whenever I wanted.

We won, basically, because the dystopian meme that the masses can be led to bleat 2+2=5 on command is not actually true. Better yet, that ‘deplorable’ trait for actual thought is not just an American thing but already proven in the UK and spreading wildly across the globe.

Who in the HELL watches Fox News in a bar or restaurant? I have never been to a restaurant with a TV in it or a bar that had the news on.
