Yeah, about that . . .
Things are going to be awfully uncomfortable at the cabinet meetings from the looks of things. When the KKK flag is brought in and everyone puts on the white sheets and hoods, how will they explain the black HUD Secretary, the Sikh female UN ambassador and the female Secretary of Education?

So in other words, every Western Society from the dawn of time has been “racist and sexist” since White Males dominated every government until we were “enlightened” with Marxist thoughts.
Now abortion, tranny bathrooms, gay marriage, high heeled soldiers in skirts are the norm.
I’m going to say something here that will probably get me in trouble. A lot of trouble.
When I’m hiring people, there’s one thing that I look for, and one thing only: Can this candidate do the job in a confident, competent manner?
Things that I couldn’t care less about: Every bit of the person’s demographics. I don’t care if the candidate is male, female, black, white, or a delightful floral print. I don’t care if the candidate is straight, gay, bi or sexually befuddled. I don’t care if the candidate is Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Mormon or Druid. Or reformed Druid ( they worship shrubs as well.)
The demographic makeup of any group simply does not matter. If the cabinet were all male, all Muslim or all dancing around willy-nilly, if the job gets done extremely well, THAT’S WHAT MATTERS.
Isn’t it possible that President Trump is doing exactly that...making sure the job get done well??
High time we got back to the basics, kids. The political correctness has to end. Various groups screaming “You need to nominate more (minority of some sort) here”, “It’s (minority group)’s turn” or anything else except that which looks at the content of their character and not any demographic details.
That’s what it’s time for.
I guess Trump should pick his cabinet from the patrons of the Star Wars cantina like Obama did.

Take out the GOOD that WHite Males have done in history and the world would be a cold dark place for the reletively few humans who even existed.
The anti-semetic claims against Trump are invalidated by his family’s own life - letting a daughter convert to Judaism while keeping her in the family business, and hiring said Jewish son in law for his campaign.
How did Trump get branded as a racist in the first place? I’ve never heard him say anything racist. He said Mexico is sending us rapists, but he never said all Mexicans are rapists, and “Mexican” isn’t a race, anyway. “Muslim” isn’t a race.
I think any white person who doesn’t openly express hatred of his own race and cheer its dispossession is now a “racist.”
That is a little curious, isn't it? I think it's a triumph of narrative over fact, the same way a fellow who married two of them can be described as "anti-immigrant" or whose daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren are Jewish can be described as anti-Semitic. He is because the narrative requires it, and never mind the facts.
He's white, there's that, and according to the more fervent advocates of Critical Race Theory, all white people are, ipso facto racist. That's sort of a skinny intellectual reed to lean on, but nobody ever said these people were bright.

Even white people who openly hate themselves, all whites, freedom, Christianity, and America are racist. To the new liberals world order, the definition of “racist” only references your skin color, not your beliefs.

There’s a book called “Racism Schmacism” which makes that point. Once you realize that “racist” is just another word for “white,” it all begins to make sense.
The quest for diversity in everything as a goal in itself is a major problem for society. If diversity happens through free choice that’s fine, but forcing it on individuals, organizations and presidents stresses differences beyond their worth. In order to define diversity you have to institutionalize those things that separate us; race, sex, age, economic status, and so on. These do not matter under the constitution.
At its basis diversity focus defines us by who we are rather than what abilities we have. It is assumed and even encourages by such means that we protect whatever category we are. That is discrimination in itself. We must act as individuals.
