nothing new that’s how he was in 2012 run. hesitant, awkward, shifty, dog with talk between legs at times.
He always has an uneasiness about him, in public anyway.

You seem to have a video codec issue. That is how they encode/decode video. Let me know which platform you run on and I may be able to help. It works fine under Linux/Mac/IOS/Windoze/Android for me. Just checked

He might actually be able to do some good and it would keep him busy and out of Trumps hair (metaphor intended). However, the only way to "really" clean up the VA and the other alphabet departments, IRS, GAO, ATF, DEA, FBI, DOE, etc, etc, would be for Trump to rescind by Executive Order JFK's 1962 Executive Order Authorizing federal employees to unionize. Doubt that even Trump would do it though as all hell would break loose, ha ha. Would be fun to watch for sure 😜...
