On CNN's Michael Smercornish (@smercornish) Nov/18/16, law prof. Carol Swain and Civil Rights Atty Areva Martin debated about president elect Trump's pick of Sen. Jeff Session for AG.
Carol Swain said something very simple: the democrats, on whoever is going to be picked, will charge at as being "racist."
She added that we should look at his 20 yes in practice as a senator.
To this Areva Martín tried to argue that Sessions was very hardline in immigration. As if it's something bad or "racist." I didn't get her point how this is connected.
The Democrats have not learned from the loss they suffered due to their own contempt for people who are different from themselves.
Precisely. Unless you appoint exactly who they tell you to appoint.
The difference is, this time, they’re dealing with someone impervious to those accusations.
Of course the left will use RACISM...
HUSSEIN OBAMA hammered into their heads for eight years..It is his daily talking point...
He is as evil and dangerous as Granny Benghazi..in fact they both own that event..and I hope it haunts them to their last breath, but probably won’t...they have no heart...
so let them all RANT, we have their number...and so does the AMERICAN PEOPLE...
DONALD J. TRUMP AND MIKE PENCE WILL BOTH WORK TO MAKE MAGA.
Exactly. It trivializes racism.
The race card just isn’t as scary as it used to be. Way too many honky ‘RATS are overplaying it.
Won’t work. It’s all they have left. They are desperately sinking into the quick sand of history. Trumps will rule them for the next 30 years!!! Suck it up Butter cup!!
That is a good thing for conservatives. The moonbats will remain moonbats.
Frustration turned to (more) hatred...
The left’s accusations about “racism, homophobia, and misogynism, and xenophobia, etc”, are falsely quoted and misunderstood, and very badly analyzed.
The truth is that, the left doesn’t believe their own accusations. Those accusations are simply about their goals and agenda, and to attain their goals and agendas, the left will do and say anything, and then try to get people to believe those lies and accusations. We have to always remember that to them, “the ends justifies the means”, and that they will do whatever it takes to achieve their goals.
Kellyanne Conway is one of the most affective in refuting them...
This is an open letter the Kellyanne.
I know you love your children. I have a suggestion. Work at home with encrypted “skype”. Children first. But you have children in the nation. You have a gift that God gave US— And you. Please dont “hit and run”. We live in a great world of technology. You can do both== YOU CAN DO BOTH, if you balance and dedicate. YOU ARE A NATIONAL HERO!! DON”T QUIT!! WORK IT OUT!!
In how many countries in the world is the word “racist” even considered an insult? The US is the least racist country in the world, and jerks like this take advantage of it.
I hope, that even if she won’t get a formal WH post, she will still be seen and heard for the right causes.
its a meaningless charge from raceaholics.
She’s exactly right, unless Trump picks someone on the left, that person will be accused of racism.
Just like Trump himself, no one in the media accused him of racism for the 30 years he was a public persona, until he decided to run for president as a Republican, then suddenly he’s Adolph Hitler reincarnated.
If you’re a Republican who voices any conservative principles, you’re going to be accused of racism (and sexism and homophobia and islamophobia and transphobia and whatever the left’s latest fetish happens to be) by the Democrats and their propaganda machine the MSM.
Exactly. I suggested nominating Hillary to the UN position. Then, nominate Big Bird, Bert, and Ernie to other cabinet positions. They will all be called racists. Doesn’t matter if there’s an “r” next to their name.
Professor Carol Swain should be on SCOTUS herself.
Bannon may be right - the Right may hold the reins for 20 years or more....
