On December 19, the Electors of the Electoral College will cast their ballots. If they all vote the way their states voted, Donald Trump will win. However, they can vote for Hillary Clinton if they choose. Even in states where that is not allowed, their vote would still be counted, they would simply pay a small fine - which we can be sure Clinton supporters will be glad to pay!
We are calling on the Electors to ignore their states' votes and cast their ballots for Secretary Clinton. Why?

Trump won 30 states outright. If the members of the Electoral College changed their votes to put Hilary in, the voters in those 30 states would be disenfranchised. In other words, the election would have been stolen from them. Plus I doubt if Hillary would ever go along with it. Plus, it would start a shooting war.
Yep - this is it right here. As shady as she is I doubt even Hillary would accept the presidency on these terms.

Electors are selected for their loyalty to the nominee. Changing their vote would be political and career suicide.
Soros & Co. will need to find 37 people willing to be bought off to switch their votes. There are certainly enough votes that can be legally switched. The question might come down to price. That kinda counts the Washington elector who said he wouldn't vote for Hillary.
But let's take this one further step.
If that were to happen, this is one thing that the people and the Congress would refuse to stand for. Congress would object to the changed votes by this procedure:
"Since 1887, 3 U.S.C. 15 sets the method for objections to electoral votes. During the Joint Session, Members of Congress may object to individual electoral votes or to state returns as a whole. An objection must be declared in writing and signed by at least one Representative and one Senator. In the case of an objection, the Joint Session recesses and each chamber considers the objection separately in a session which cannot last more than two hours with each Member speaking for no more than five minutes. After each house votes on whether or not to accept the objection, the Joint Session reconvenes and both chambers disclose their decisions. If they agree to the objection, the votes in question are not counted. If either chamber does not agree with the objection, the votes are counted."
If Soros tried such a thing, not only would Congress act, they would take retaliatory action against him once the coup attempt - and that's what this would be - is put down. His assets would be seized and he would be made an international pariah... at least among friendly nations.
Also: Hillary would be impeached.

When all objections so made to any vote or paper from a State shall have been received and read, the Senate shall thereupon withdraw, and such objections shall be submitted to the Senate for its decision;

the two Houses concurrently may reject the electoral vote when they agree that such vote or votes have not been so regularly given by electors whose appointment has been so certified.

Assuming this procedure is utilized, what is the timetable relative to the vote on the 19th? Not that it would make a difference, but new House/Senate or old ones? Majority vote, or will the Dems demand 60 votes?
Do all states count all ballots, or do some stop counting when all races are no longer in doubt?
