California legislators are in the process of rolling out what will be the strictest gun control laws in the country. Democrat state Legislatures rolled out a list of proposals that will instantly criminalize most of the state’s law abiding gun owners.

So soosn they have forgotten 1982 when the PUBLIC rejected Prop 15 to ban handguns in California.

Since that day, the politicians have been working overtime trying to find ways around the WILL OF THE PEOPLE and ban guns one little nibble at a time.
Yeah, these points aren’t accurate.
It is also a random mix of what is banned from being sold and what is banned from possession. Still a pretty damn bad law though and one of the most restrictive in the country.

I am sitting in the middle CA, and am quite aware.
I don’t know if gun owners actually CAN comply with the law.
What if I can’t find a large magazine. I would know it is there in a box somewhere, but haven’t seen it in two or three moves.
Now no problem unless I get on the ‘radar’ somehow, and they come to inspect me.
I expect to see apparently random searches, to put the fear into other gun owners.
I read that the Soviets used capricious enforcement (go after innocent; leave guilty alone; sometimes enforce, sometimes not) to keep subjects on edge, unsettled, and in fear.
Same demons, different era.

Took the little girl to the range today. Fired a medley of pieces from AR to SKS, semi and bolt action .22s and a Beretta handgun.
She did the old man proud with a couple bullseyes and we worked on her weak hand shooting.
Gun owners and hunters are happy here in IN having passed the constitutional amendment making hunting and fishing a right.
California can go to ....... well, it’s already there.

i’m routinely driving around here in Texas with a SBR AR with a suppressor, a thousand rounds of Speer Gold Dot Hollow Points in 147gr. A new unopened 1000 round case of SS109 and 12 spare Glock 19 mags loaded and 12 spare Pmags, loaded.....
Thus if I get on the interstate and just drive west to California I’m a felon.
