Bill Clinton was on the stage in Philadelphia last night, but he didn’t look like he was all there.
As both Chelsea Clinton and Michelle Obama spoke, the former president appeared spaced out, frequently chewing on his tongue.

I find nothing wrong with this. If I had to sit there and listen to/watch Chelsea and Michelle, I would be using sharp instruments on all my sensory organs.

What the hell drugs is he on? Involuntary movement of the tongue which is a type of Tardive Dyskinesia, can be caused by anti depressants or anti psychotics.
