We have just learned that the FBI is officially reopening its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server.
Town Hall notes that “NBC News as well as Congressman Jason Chaffetz report that the FBI has sent a letter to Congress saying that the investigation is now open.”
Congressman Jason Chaffetz also sent out this tweet:

What are they saying the contents of this audio are?
THIS IS A DISTRACTION, THE DEM’S DON’T CARE, IN FACT, THEY LOVE TO HAVE CRIMINALS AS THEIR CANDIDATES. THIS IS BAD FOR TRUMP, WILL DROWN OUT HIS MESSAGE, WILL MAKE INDEPENDENTS TURN TOWARDS HER. I WOULD BET THE FARM THAT HILLARY ORDERED COMEY TO DO THIS IN DESPERATION.

That only works if they know that new info was about to be dropped/leaked. The case was closed and completely off the radar. This amounts to peeling the scab off a political wound. The optics are horrible. If this was done as a benefit to her, the info that’s about to drop must be nuclear.

IMHO This sets a stage:
1) Shows how “diligent” the FBI is.
2) Will not significantly affect the election
3) Allow for a “Speedy” trial
4) Give the current administration until January to give a Presidential Pardon (if convicted)

This election is now, IMHO, all but over and Trump will be President Trump starting on 1/20/2017.
Now that the FBI is re-opening the investigation - 11 DAYS BEFORE THE ELECTION - it shows all of those fence-sitters that there IS something there, that the Wikileaks emails ARE DAMNING, ARE SUBSTANTIVE. This will lose here many hundreds of thousands, if not several million voters.
I’d love a bunch of indies to vote for Trump, but if they were leaning Hillary, I’d be happy if they stay home.
In fact, if they stay home, then they won’t be voting for Senators or Representatives, either (BIG bonus!).
The media CANNOT ignore this and, in any case, it’ll be all over the internet by the end of the day.

Is this report from October 28, today? If so, that could be behind Comey’s action. NSA or someone must have alerted Comey that this information was coming out, so he had to get ahead of the leak so as not to admit that Wikileaks is behind the reopening of the case.
Nothing specific but the poster is claiming it will be very damaging.
We’ll see. It could be just someone bragging on the internet. However, hillary would want something to take the headlines off of her now given this news on the FBI.

...if he isn’t prosecuted by the Trump DoJ. Maybe this is his way of saying, “Hey, I’ll help bring Hillary to justice if no one bothers me, just let’s me resign in January.”

Herself had PLENTY of good opportunities to get out before things ever came to this, and now, like the criminal who had the opportunity to confess much earlier and gain a reduced sentence, but failed to take advantage of the deal, the whole weight falls upon Herself.
The fit may be about to hit the shan. But then, I have been sure a number of times that the fatal stroke had already fallen.

Could you also interpret from this that Trump is ahead in the pols? Comey is political, that is without question; I think he didn’t want to prosecute H months back because she looked like the inevitable winner of the election... well, maybe now Trump is looking inevitable... whatever the case, Comey is in CYA mode...
Agreed. Both sides will be throwing stuff at each other the next week or so. I think it will be very messy.
I commented on another thread that that can really only be the result at this time. Is Comey sufficiently stupid to give the election to Trump at this time? Unlikely. He will double down and give her another pass. His name is already mud and we all know he is corrupt. What does he have to lose at this time? Nothing.
I’m coming around to enjoying this news, especially watching the panic
at CNN.
