A Torah is a beautiful document but it won’t stop a rapist, a robber, or a shooter unless it is bulletproof, can be used as a club, and you have a big one with you when attacked.
Otherwise, I’d go with “Rabbis for Gun Ownership and Torah Studies”.
I couldn’t count on my old rabbi to be sensible on gun control or most other issues. He was a buddy of Rahm Emanuel. I almost became an atheist because of him. Nice guy but “STUCK ON STUPID LIKE A MOUSE ON A GLUE TRAP”.
