Sounds good. But is this the latest ? I thought that numbers from yesterday showed early voting in NC for both parties up from 2012 and the Dems actually running ahead.
No - Dems mail in ballots have kept pace with 2012 consistently (very small % of total votes) but in person started off down 11%, went to down 8% and are now back to down 11% from 2012.
