Took me a second to get it.
At first my Machiavalian mind thought the meme was to show that the cage might have been to protect the sign from vandals and that protection was not needed for the uncaged one. (IOW that Trump backers are the vandals)

Cool.....the message is clear.
We made the trek this week, there and back in 24 hours, to Northern Wisconsin to close up the cabin for the winter.
The signs for Trump & Pence/Ron Johnson outnumbered the Hillary! signs ONE HUNDRED to ONE! There was one sign that was HUGE and listed ALL of Hillary’s! sins. It was BRUTAL!
If all of Wisconsin gets out the vote, versus the Socialist Pukes in a few of our Counties (5 Rotten Apples vs.72!), Trump WILL take Wisconsin!
It made my heart SING! Even us ‘Hicks From The Sticks’ GET IT! :)
