I don’t think she is there - she is so sharp in focus it doesn’t look real. Were these people photoshopped? Most aren’t even looking at her but are reacting to what she is saying so this could be happening with her not even being there.
Yes, it is part and parcel of the same problem. That is why it looks "flat" and cartoonish. Your eye picks these things up automatically. The brain is an amazing thing.
Hillary’s shoulders have shadows on them, inconsistent with sunlight above her. The crowd does not have those shadows.
There’s alot more important things than this.
e.g. look at the guy in the white shirt sitting down behind Hillary.
Than a fake Hillary appearance. So why fake it? Because she is suffering ill health again? That is not a little thing.

Was she even IN Broward County??? ;) When she opened up and bellowed “HELLO BROWARD COUNTY!!!!”, she sounded like she had just finished her sixth martini and had a good buzz going on!!! ;)
