I know that here in Arizona it looks like Trump is the only candidate running judging from all the signs. I see not a single Hillary sign. President-elect Trump sounds so sweet!

Maybe not as much of a stretch as we think. Bernie actually won in the primaries there, so I suspect a lot of Democrats will stay home.

Well, you did elect a Republican governor. He may not be popular, but it happened, which means that, yes, it can be done. And Reagan won there.

That is why Trump courting the black vote is so important. He discusses their plight in his rallies, but he needs to do more than that. He needs to visit the inner cities, visit black neighborhoods, go on black radio, etc. I know he visited Detroit back in early September, but he needs to continue.
If Trump can continue to discuss about school vouchers, making life safer in the inner cities, etc., I believe he can win 20% of the black vote. He does that and he would make it harder for the Dems in the cities to commit fraud.
He does that and he wins big.

My daughter was up in Eugene, Or a few weeks ago and she said she saw some Trump and Sander s signs but very few Hillary signs...

Not sure about that, but we do have a lot of charter schools in SE Michigan (ie Detroit & suburbs). The MEA and the public school universe attack these charter schools constantly, as they have little control over them.

The only two Hillary sign I’ve ever seen in Michigan were in Zeeland (by Hope college) last weekend. Both on sorority house lawns.
