I have no idea what model Rasmussen is using, but I do know that the L.A. Times/USC/Dornslife poll that has Trump up 3 uses the turnout/distribution from the 2012 election for their model.

There is NO WAY Hillary is going to turnout DNC voters in the numbers Obamuhammad did.

Oddly, Rasmussen says 80% of respondents say they will not change their minds. I guess in that context it is pretty hard to see how 7% bumped Hillary up post tape pre debate.

Of course, the 80% might change their minds.
