Wishful thinking. ;-)
BTW, love Heinlein and your tagline. Read every one of his books when I was a kid.
Trump may not be as bad as the Clintons, but he was (and probably is) a Clinton family friend. I am starting to wonder if he ran with the intent to throw the election to Hillary as some folks have been saying from the start. No way to know at this time, so I’m biding my time and trying not to let my blood pressure go too high.
Haven’t always been Mr. Nice Guy myself.

was my theme song for a time in the mid seventies. I realize not all of my actions in my life could withstand public scrutiny. I’ve been disappointed in the results of a lot of elections in the past 40-odd years. Even having trouble figuring out who to vote against. And I’m running out of candidates I can vote for again.
Though I keep remembering the first time I heard anything about Hillary Clinton. I was listening to Rush Limbaugh on the AFN radio network shortly after he first appeared there while I was stationed in Germany. If he’d said of my wife the things he was saying of Hillary, I’d have invited him out for coffee for one and pistols for two. Only the course of years proved that if anything he was both absolutely right and far too kind.
I’m just not sure Donald Trump is going to actually be a better choice.
