THIS is what the Clinton email scandal is all about:
Evidence unearthed by Judicial Watch, Congress, et. al. ultimately revealed that they were barking up the wrong tree all along: The biggest fish in this scandal over the mishandling of classified information via a private email server is not Mrs. Bill Clinton in her role as Secretary of State, but rather President Barack Obama as Commander in Chief.
Hillary couldn’t be proven guilty without proving the president guilty as well, “National Review” writer Andrew McCarthy rightly concluded (09/26/16).
(When the FBI finally got around to interviewing Hillary Clinton’s close aide and confidante, Huma Abedin) “they showed her an old e-mail exchange, over Clinton’s private account, between the then-secretary of state and a second person, whose name Abedin did not recognize. The FBI then did what the FBI is NEVER supposed to do: The agents informed their interviewee (Abedin) of the identity of the second person. (Emphasis mine)
“It was the President of the United States, Barack Obama, using a pseudonym to conduct communications over a non-secure e-mail system — something anyone with a high-level security clearance, such as Huma Abedin, would instantly realize was a MAJOR BREACH. (Emphasis mine)
“Abedin was sufficiently stunned that, for just a moment, the bottomless capacity of Clinton insiders to keep cool in a scandal was overcome.
“’HOW IS THIS NOT CLASSIFIED?’ she asked. (Emphasis mine) She recovered quickly enough, though. The FBI records that the next thing Abedin did, after ‘express[ing] her amazement at the president’s use of a pseudonym,’ was to “ask if she could have a copy of the email.”
President Obama claimed he learned about Clinton’s home brew private email system “the same time everybody else learned it through news reports,” fully a year and a half ago, in an 03/07/16 interview with CBS News correspondent Bill Plante. That claim is ludicrous on its face (i.e. a lie), because the FBI had evidence that Obama communicated regularly and directly Secretary of State Clinton via “clintonemail.com” using a pseudonym they determined to be his.
“I’m glad that Hillary’s instructed that those emails about official business need to be disclosed. I think that the fact that she is putting them forward will allow us to make sure that people have the information they need,” Obama said.
“I want the public to see my email. I asked State to release them,” Clinton tweeted. “They said they will review them for release as soon as possible.” (ASAP meaning as near to the end of Obama’s term, and the election of Mrs. Bill Clinton, as possible.)
Getting the State Department to release all the “official” documents Clinton allegedly handed over, after she and her lawyers and technicians destroyed more than 30,000 emails that she claims were “personal,” has been like pulling hen’s teeth. And those that grudgingly have been released thus far have been heavily redacted. The last batch probably will not be made public before the Nov. 8 election.
The real questions are: What did the President know, and when did he know it? And, did the President send or receive classified information via Clinton’s home brew server, and was evidence that he did so “intentionally” destroyed? The answers to the latter two questions are most likely “Yes” and “Yes.”

yes and the FBI was aware of the emails, where are their questions about it and their interview with Obama? MIA thats why hillary was confident she would not be prosecuted she had protection from above.
Congress should have asked Comey about this, he would have been squirming in his seat like a weasel. Where is the news media?
