Sorry you have to contend with such a hostile work environment. I do believe come January you can quietly rejoice as they contemplate self destructive behavior. If you like them make sure the windows can’t be opened ( if you above say, the third floor). If you don’t like them you might want to make sure all the windows work...
Either way I am taking January 20th off.
