Does anybody really think the police are so stupid they would toss “a throw down, cold piece,” a planted gun, into a crime scene, knowing they are under video surveillance from multiple sources?
And that the police never heard about pocket-lint being caught in a throw-down, “cold piece,” thereby ultimately incriminating the thrower?
Because police ALWAYS throw down a 500$+ Colt Mustang .380.
They can EASILY afford to throw down 500 dollars or more of gun.
They'd NEVER use a Jennings or Bryco, or even a Taurus.

If you watch the video the white officer in the red shirt can be seen presumably reaching under Scott who collapsed on the gun, and then you hear the sound of metal scraping against pavement.
We have all heard that sound, either in real life or because of TV.

I tell anyone I meet that is thinking about it, don’t do it. If I could, I would get out, but I am eight years from a full retirement and I need to try and see it through.
But it is only going to get worse and if you know anyone whose kid is thinking about getting into police work, tell them to run away as fast as they can from that career field.
Some may think “those things will not happen to me” and that is a fools gambit. You could be totally in the right and your career is over.
We saw the gun in his hand. It was hard to capture on a screen shot but it was there.
Yeah. Saw it. You could clearly see that they were latex gloves that were dropped but that didn’t matter.

Remember a couple of months ago, this guy was sitting in the passenger seat, suppose to have just had a ‘wallet’, the wife or gf, can’t remember which, said he didn’t have a gun, and sure enough he did, cop shot him...
Doesn’t this sound kind of like that situation? There is way to many of these ‘thugs’ who have been in jail having ‘illegal street guns’ who are not suppose to have them...you can buy one on any street corner for $500.00 cash...serial number has been filed off, this is what the ‘gun problem’ is in America, not the people who have licenses to carry guns, like the ones that ROTTEN wants off the streets...

I carried a firearm for years in an ankle holster and lint filled the damn barrel. There is no way to keep this out even with a closed bottom on the holster. I believe his ankle holster was open. Lint just confirms it was being carried not by who or in what position.
